Customer account
How do I create an account?
You can create your Krono customer account by clicking on the "Account" section in the top right menu. Then click on "Create an account" and fill in the required information marked with an asterisk. Finally, click on "Submit".
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.

Can I make changes or delete my account?
You can modify your Krono account information from "Your Account" section. Enter your username and password and, once logged in, go to "My Profile" section to change or delete information.

My orders
ORDER CONFIRMATION
An email will be automatically sent to you once your purchase is confirmed. Please check your spam folder.
If you have not received your order confirmation email, you can contact us at contact@kronoparis.com.
Can I modify or cancel an order once I've placed it?
Once your order is confirmed, you can no longer cancel or modify it. However, you can exchange or receive a refund after receiving your purchase.
Can I access my order history?
You can view your order history from your Krono account. Log in and go to "My Orders" section.

What payment methods are accepted on the kronoparis.com website?
To pay for your purchases, you have the following payment options:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay.

What delivery methods are offered?

FRANCE: Colissimo, Colissimo Express
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
The delivery times are given as a guide and may vary depending on the destination and periods of high activity.
Customs fees and import taxes (outside the EU) are the responsibility of the customer.
The company cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather conditions, customs controls or any other event beyond its control.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. Enter it on the carrier's website to track your order.

Can I return a product ordered from kronoparis.fr?
You have the option to return any item ordered within 30 days of its receipt date.
When returning a Krono item, it must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and documents provided (labels and patches still attached, instructions, warranty certificates, certificates of authenticity), as well as the corresponding delivery note.

It is recommended to take all necessary measures to ensure the protection of the item during transport.
Any item not returned, incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled or showing signs of use or wear will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Defective product
In the event that a defective item has slipped into your order, please contact our customer service .
You will be asked to provide photos of the defect. We advise you to return your purchase to its original packaging while we process your request. If, after verification, the product is indeed found to be defective, we will offer to replace it at the company's expense.
Care service
Repair of your Krono parts
For any repairs, you can contact us via the contact form . Your request will be systematically assessed by our workshops. You will then be provided with a quote and a repair timeframe. We strongly encourage you to repair your Krono parts whenever possible. The company is committed to extending the lifespan of its products through their quality and repairability.
